“Say what you mean, and mean what you say.”
My mom
says it, my grandmother said it, and when writing spells it is essential.
The words
in a spell isn’t mindless banter, clever rhymes, or empty words spoken into
some random void into the middle of nowhere.
Words are
power, and when you are a witch, words are twice as strong.
There’s a
sense of bending to your will when forming sounds into words with the twist of
your tongue. Shifting vibrations into spoken phrases, and fixing your lips to
physical communication sprung from your mind.
That’s all
it is.
Words are
your thoughts made physical here in this realm.
Your mind
is a link to a different level of reality with its’ limitless keys and doors,
and when you speak, you thrust your thoughts forward into the physical 3rd
dimension.
I cannot
begin to list off what I have achieved by speaking what I desired into
existence, a good portion without having to cast a spell, anointing candles, or
casting a circle.
To write a
powerful spell, the great thing is, it is super simple. You just have to “say
what you mean, and mean what you say”.
You must
speak your spell as if it is already done, as you already have it, and without
the words “need, want, please” or any form of begging or asking.
To be a
witch, you do not ask, you take.
You make
all in this world yours.
Of course,
if you are working with deities, spirits, or elementals, you’d do well to
communicate with them in the air of respect and reverence they rightfully
deserve.
But,
eliminate all forms of neediness in your words.
Here is an
example:
You are
about to cast a spell for money, here is an effective line:
“$100 is in my pocket, $100 is mine, and I spent it on (insert what money will be used for)”
See?
For a
powerful spell you call what you desire into existence, by stating it is
already done. To make it even more powerful, you visualize in your mind that
you are doing, using, or interacting with what you desire. Such as, you are
doing a love spell, so you would visualize
or imagine being kissed and feeling their lips on yours, being hugged and
the warmth of their body on yours, or with the man you desire.
Words must
all be in future tense or already done phrases, because the mind itself does not comprehend time. Your mind does not
know the difference between right now, different dimensions, time as people
describe it, or reality. That is why your mind is so cosmic when it comes to
pulling what you desire forward, because it has no limits besides what you accept.
You must
have noticed whenever you watch a witch movie, the witch always happens to
rhyme as she speaks her spells. Well, you do not have to do that! But you can
if you like. I enjoy making my words rhyme because when I go to speak my spell
out again (I speak my spell 3 times, because 3 is a powerful number in the
craft), it helps me to remember so I don’t have to look at my grimoire the
whole time. If you need help rhyming, a useful site I use is Rhymezone.com and
be sure to use a Thesaurus to change up the words in your spells to make it
have “spice” if you wish.
Now, just
to cover yourself when doing money spells of a large amount, hexes, curses, or
jinxs, be sure to be super specific. Be sure to say you don’t want people dying
or getting hurt for you to receive the large amount of money, and if you do not want people to be killed during
your baneful magick, be sure to speak that in your spell. Be specific!
Enjoy your
spell writing, and remember: say what you mean, and mean what you say.
